Students kept their theme of Van Gogh moving by looking at his flower paintings. Students followed along with my directions on how to draw their vase and flowers with pencil. Then students filled in everything with oil pastels. The final step was to outline in black oil pastel and add their names to their vase, just like Van Gogh did.
